On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2) to join an Intellectual Disabilities Facility in Swords, Dublin. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Have a RNID qualification and be presently registered and approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Other Nursing disciplines with a minimum of 5 years experience in the area of intellectual disability may apply. Have experience in the area of intellectual disability, complex health needs and positive behaviour support.
  • Recognised accredited management qualification.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care with responsibility for managing budgets and resources.
  • Have experience in the area of staff support & development, taking the lead in teams, resource management and administration duties.
  • Be knowledgeable of Health Act 2007 and have experience and understanding of HIQA Regulations (2013).
  • A detailed working knowledge of Safeguarding Policy.
  • Experience working with people with chronic illnesses
  • Possess a strong commitment to the provision of a quality individualised person centred service.
  • Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the key working model.
  • Possess experience in key-working and have knowledge of the quality system.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
   

Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid in line with HSE revised consolidated HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Scale
